RES. 7 IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES January 27, 2025 Mr. Cruz (for himself, Mr. Thune , Mr. Wicker , Mrs. Fischer , Mr. Moran , Mrs. Blackburn , Mr. Young , Mr. Budd , Mr. Schmitt , Mr. Curtis , Mr. Sheehy , Mrs. Capito , and Ms. Lummis ) introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation JOINT RESOLUTION Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Federal Communications Commission relating to Addressing the Homework Gap Through the E-Rate Program . That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Federal Communications Commission relating to Addressing the Homework Gap Through the E-Rate Program (89 Fed. Reg. 67303 (August 20, 2024)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
